Andrew Kasius began practicing yoga seven years ago while living in NYC and studying with several excellent instructors there. He sees yoga as a pathway for enhancing physical strength and vitality, groundedness, and increased awareness. He recently completed his yoga training through the Heart Space Holistic Yoga Teacher Empowerment Program in Albany, and has been teaching in the region for the past year.  Melinda has many years experience leading healing circles. A raw foodist, and certified colon therapist  with 90 day fasting experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge on the science of tissue cleansing.  She teaches Quilting for Healing,  a unique way of honoring and remembering our dearly departed. John is a practicing psychotherapist and spiritual mentor.
